🎯 Win Your Way Into Flight Club’s Charity Tournament! 🎯

Flight Club might have launched its first venue in 2015, but their incredible journey started long before that — with Co-Founder and CEO Steve Moore’s Guinness World Record-setting circumnavigation of the globe in memory of his father.

Now, to mark 10 years of Flight Club, they’re going back to their roots in style. Touring the UK in ‘Martha’, their iconic fire truck, they’ll be visiting every Flight Club and Electric Shuffle to raise funds for the Yellow Ball Foundation — supporting 16 local and 3 national charities.

On Friday 3 October, 6–9pm, Flight Club Cheltenham will host a high-energy Charity Tournament in aid of local charity Cheltenham Community Projects, who work tirelessly to prevent homelessness, family breakdown and social exclusion.

Your ticket includes:
🍕 Unlimited pizza (yes, really)
🍸 A welcome drink to get the celebrations started
🎯 A 3-hour tournament in one of their premium spaces
🤩 Legendary Gamemaster hosting

💛 All while raising money for a fantastic cause

Tickets are £250 per team and can be purchased here — but as part of our Eat.Drink.Discover week, The Brewery Quarter is giving one lucky team the chance to win their place, completely free!

Competition Terms

People can receive up to three entries by entering on the website, Facebook and Instagram posts.

1. Competition Period: The competition opens on Friday 19 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 28 September 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.

2. The Prize: One winner will receive: A ticket for five people to attend Flight Club on Friday 3 October, including pizza and welcome drinks and a position in the darts tournament. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

4. Winner Selection:

o One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received across all entry methods.

o The winner will be contacted via direct message or email (depending on entry method) within 5 working days of the closing date.

o If the winner does not respond within 5 days of initial contact, a new winner may be selected.

5. Data Protection:

o Any personal information supplied will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with our privacy policy.

o Your details will not be shared with third parties unless necessary to fulfil the prize.
