Mowgli Street Food has unveiled its new spring menu, introducing a trio of bold new Mowgli Wings alongside a fresh line-up of summery cocktails designed for easy, sunlit sipping.
Created with lighter, brighter days in mind, the new Street Plate additions are designed for sharing together and getting stuck into, whether that’s amongst the fairy lights in restaurant, or outdoors on the terrace.
There are three new exciting wing flavours, each with its own flavour-packed character. Sticky Wings are coated in a richly spiced treacle molasses glaze - sweet, deep and unapologetically indulgent. Gunpowder Wings are golden fried and tossed in a zingy chat masala, then finished with red onion and fresh coriander for that classic Mowgli lift. Bengali Hot Wings are glazed in a chilli and masala sauce for a lingering heat. Each portion includes eight wings, making it perfect for sharing... or enjoying all to yourself.
Alongside the food, a new cocktail list has arrived to complement the season. A Hugo Spritz - elderflower liqueur, prosecco, soda, mint and lemon - offers something light and floral, while a classic Negroni also makes its debut on the menu: bold, bitter and unapologetically grown-up. Other favourites including a Passion fruit Martini and Aperol Spritz complete the line-up of new cocktails going on to the menu, and have all been curated with the warmer months in mind.
The menu launch has been shaped around the way people want to eat as the seasons change - lighter dishes, brighter flavours, and the joy of sharing plates across the table. It remains rooted in Mowgli’s founding idea: to celebrate how Indians eat at home and on their streets.
The new spring menu launches nationwide this week on Thursday 14th May.
