Passport to Christmas Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this competition is The Brewery Quarter Cheltenham, High Street, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 3FF.
2. Competition Dates
   The competition runs from Saturday 22 November 2025 to Sunday 4 January 2026 (inclusive). Entries received outside this period will not be counted.
3. Eligibility
   • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
   • Employees of The Brewery Quarter, participating venues, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
   • Participants must collect a Passport to Christmas from any participating venue within The Brewery Quarter.
   • Each time a purchase is made at a participating venue, the customer can request a stamp.
   • There is no minimum spend required per purchase.
   • Once stamps have been collected from three or more different participating venues, the completed passport can be submitted by placing it in one of the designated post boxes located at participating venues.
   • Only one stamp per venue per visit will be accepted.
5. Multiple Entries
   • Each completed passport with stamps from three or more venues counts as one entry into the prize draw.
   • Additional entries are awarded for each venue beyond three. For example, three venues = three entries, four venues = four entries, and so on.
   • There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided each passport is completed in full and submitted within the promotional period.
6. Participating Venues
   All retail, food and drink, entertainment and hotel venues at The Brewery Quarter are participating. This includes (but is not limited to): The Alchemist, The Botanist, BrewDog, Brewhouse & Kitchen, Cineworld, Cosy Club, Creams Café, Escape Hunt, Everlast Gym, F45 Training, Five Guys, Flight Club, Hollywood Bowl, Hub Box, MenKind, Mowgli Street Food, Mulligan’s, Nando’s, Pho Café, PizzaExpress, Premier Inn, Prezzo, SOHO Coffee, Son of Steak, Tesco, Urban Outfitters and Wingstop.

7. Prize
   • One winner will receive a £500 Brewery Quarter prize, which may be provided in the form of gift vouchers from any Brewery Quarter venue or venues of the winner's choice, at the promoter’s discretion.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
   • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition closes on 4 January 2026.
   • The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided on their submitted passport within 14 days of the draw.
   • If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days of initial contact, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random.
9. Data Protection
   • Personal information supplied during the course of this promotion will only be used by The Brewery Quarter for the administration of the competition and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for prize fulfilment.
   • All entries will be securely destroyed after the competition closes and the winner has been confirmed.
10. General Terms

• The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or are suspected of fraudulent activity.
• The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
• The promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
• Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
