The Studio Christmas Special: Strength, Reformer & Wreath Making

Get into the festive spirit with a little movement, creativity and Christmas magic at The Studio!

Join The Studio Cheltenham for a special Christmas collaboration with Cheltenham Flower School, combining a 60-minute strength and reformer session with a festive wreath-making workshop.

Starting at 2pm, Fontaine will lead an energising 60-minute session, bringing together favourite Dynamic Reformer and Mat exercises. Working in pairs and switching between the Reformer and Mat, you'll have the chance to try something different, challenge yourself and build strength together.

Then it's time to get creative! Sally from Cheltenham Flower School will guide you through making your very own beautiful Christmas wreath, using all the materials provided. You'll also enjoy festive treats and Christmas singalongs along the way!

With just 12 spaces available, this is an intimate and special way to kick off the Christmas season.
