From now until 31 August, Pho is the only restaurant where you can try SABZU's world's first hot pink sriracha. Made from Thai chillies and infused with hibiscus flower, this vibrant new sauce starts with fruity, floral notes before finishing with a delicious spicy kick. It's the perfect addition to your favourite Vietnamese dishes.

Simply wear an item of pink clothing when you visit Pho on a Wednesday and you'll unlock an exclusive £5 menu, featuring selected favourites including:
