The Brewery Quarter Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility1.1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of The Brewery Quarter, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.
   1.2. Proof of age and eligibility may be required.
2. How to Enter2.1. Entry to the competition is free, and no purchase is necessary.2.2. To enter, participants must complete the online entry form available on The Brewery Quarter website.2.3. By entering the competition, participants agree to sign up to The Brewery Quarter’s e-newsletter. Participants can unsubscribe at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in any email received.2.4. Entries must be submitted by the stated deadline. Late, incomplete, or corrupted entries will not be accepted.
3. The Prize3.1. A men's haircut at Faded Barbers, in Everlast gym at The Brewery Quarter and one month's membership at Everlast gym.3.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.3.3. The Brewery Quarter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
4. Winner Selection and Notification4.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.4.2. The winner will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days of the competition closing date.4.3. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of being notified, The Brewery Quarter reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner.
5. Publicity5.1. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Data Protection6.1. Personal data provided during the entry process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with The Brewery Quarter’s Privacy Policy.6.2. By entering the competition, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes described above.
7. General7.1. The Brewery Quarter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and/or these terms and conditions if necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control.7.2. The decision of The Brewery Quarter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.7.3. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
