The Brewery Quarter – 12 Days of Twixtmas Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is The Brewery Quarter Cheltenham (“The Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
   • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
   • Employees of The Promoter, associated retailers, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
   • Internet access and a valid social media account (Instagram and/or Facebook) are required.
3. Competition Period
   • The competition runs over 12 consecutive days during the “12 Days of Twixtmas” promotion period.
   • Each daily prize will be promoted individually on The Brewery Quarter’s official Instagram and Facebook channels.
   • Unless otherwise stated, entries for each daily prize must be received within one week of the prize being posted on social media.
   • The Flight Club prize, due to the prize being a New Year’s Eve brunch, will have a shorter entry window as specified in the relevant post.
4. How to Enter
   • Customers may enter each daily competition by following the entry instructions outlined on the relevant Instagram and/or Facebook post.
   • Entrants may submit one entry per platform (Instagram and Facebook).
   • Customers may receive one additional entry by signing up to The Brewery Quarter e-newsletter via the specified sign-up form.
5. Newsletter Sign-Up
   • By entering via the e-newsletter sign-up, entrants agree to be contacted by The Brewery Quarter for marketing purposes.
   • Entrants may opt out at any time from receiving email communications by using the unsubscribe link in any email.
   • Newsletter sign-up is optional and not required to enter via social media.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
   • One winner per day will be selected at random from all valid entries received across Instagram, Facebook, and newsletter sign-ups for that specific day’s prize.
   • Winners will be contacted shortly after the competition closes via direct message on the relevant platform and/or email.
   • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prizes
   • Prizes are as described in each daily competition post and are subject to availability.
   • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
   • Any additional terms and conditions imposed by individual retailers or venues will apply.
8. Publicity
   • By entering the competition, winners agree to be featured in a social media post announcing the winners, including the use of their name and/or social media handle.
9. General
   • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
   • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
10. Governing Law
    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
